Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our refund policy below to ensure a smooth process should you need to return or exchange any items.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be eligible for a full refund as long as they are unopened, unused, and unaltered. All items must be in resalable condition and returned to us at the customer's expense. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To be eligible for a refund, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item, packaging, or product is deemed to be in unreasonable condition.
Custom Items (Personalized)
Personalized or custom items are non-refundable due to the nature of the product being made specifically for you. However, if there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling or theme) and it was approved by you beforehand, we will be happy to reprint and send you the corrected items at no additional cost. To request a reprint, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order, providing a photo proof, your order number, and a copy of the receipt. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges or rush order fees.
If you're eligible for a reprint, we will either send you the product wrappers for you to wrap at your own expense or, alternatively, you may return the items to us (at your cost) for us to wrap and ship back (at our expense).
Change of Mind
For change of mind returns, we offer a 50% refund of the total cost, provided the items have not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to accept change of mind returns.
Faulty Items
If your items are faulty, please notify us immediately. You may be required to provide photo or video proof of the issue. We will inspect the goods and determine if they are faulty or unfit for consumption. If the items have been used, they are deemed accepted by the customer and are no longer eligible for a refund. Please ensure that all items are not discarded until the refund process is complete, as once discarded, they are no longer eligible for a return. In certain circumstances, we may require the customer to resend the products back to us under your expense
Return to Sender
If your order is returned to us due to an issue with delivery (e.g., missed delivery), we are happy to reship the order to you. The reshipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our part, in which case we will cover the reshipping cost.
